This terraced, character cottage is ideally situated. It is a few minutes from the Penzance Promenade and the art deco Jubilee Bathing Pool.

It backs on the sub tropical Morrab Gardens and a walk through these brings you to the historic market town of Penzance.

Everything you might need, such as pubs, restaurants, post office, local shop, train and bus station are found within easy walking distance.

Penzance is an ideal centre to explore the west of Cornwall. There are beautiful sandy coves and majestic cliffs.

The landscape is dotted with archaeological remains from stone circles to picturesque engine houses left by the tin mining industry.

For many years the beauty of the area has attracted famous artists and this is reflected still in its many galleries. Nearby Newlyn, a bustling fishing port has local seafood restaurants and boutiques.

Accommodation Details

The cottage sleeps four in two bedrooms; one double and one twin bedded room.

There is a large bathroom with bath and shower.

The downstairs accommodation consists of a living room with a wood burning stove. There is additional space and bedding for an extra person to sleep here if desired. There is a dining area, kitchen, small conservatory and sunny courtyard with barbecue.

There is an outhouse with washing machine.

Duvets and pillows and bed linen are provided for all beds. However guests are required to bring their own towels.

Tariff and Details

The cottage is rented from Saturday to Saturday, with occupancy from 4pm on day of arrival and to be vacated by 10am on day of departure.

£100 deposit secures booking. £100 cleaning and damage deposit (refundable) required with final balance one week prior to your stay.
