at Heron House is situated between Long Rock and Marazion on the edge
of Marazion Marsh, an RSPB Nature Reserve. It has direct access to the
footpath leading to the beaches at Marazion and St. Michael's Mount. It
is within easy access of the A30 and is ideal for exploring west Cornwall's
many attractions and the Scilly Isles. |

Cottage is attached to the main house and is well maintained by the owners.
Approached down a private driveway, it provides well equipped, comfortable
and secluded
accommodation yet is within easy access of all local amenities. The rooms
in The Cottage are on a single level and consist of a conservatory, kitchen/dining/sitting
room, twin bedded room, WC and shower room and double bedroom. Access
to the WC/shower room and double room is through the twin bedded room
and therefore the accommodation is more suited to single family occupation.
