This terraced town house is situated 2 minutes walk from the centre of this historic market town on a quiet residential street. A five minute walk will get you to the bus and train station, the Promenade and Jubilee Swimming Pool, the Acorn Theatre and the local cinema, sports centre, parks and galleries.

From Penzance you can explore the stunning countryside with its beautiful beaches and coastal walks; enjoy locally produced food at pubs and restaurants along the way and soak up the local heritage at our museums. Nearby there is the famous Minnack Theatre, Lands End, ancient sites, and the bustling fishing port of Newlyn. For many years the area has attracted artists and still does today – nearby and easy to reach on foot or by public transport there is the Tate, St Ives, the Exchange, Penzance, Penlee House Gallery, Penzance and Newlyn Art Gallery as well as numerous independent galleries.

The house sleeps a maximum of 2 adults (double bedroom)

The single bedroom can sleep a maximum of two young children (single bed and a zed bed), with a sofa bed for an overnight guest in the lounge downstairs.

There is an upstairs bathroom with bath and shower and instant hot water.

The downstairs consists of an open lounge and dining room with patio doors leading to small courtyard. The small kitchen provides basic cooking facilities including gas oven and hob, fridge, and small microwave. There is a washing machine.

The small courtyard consists of a sun deck, small barbecue, table, bench and washing line. Linen, duvets and pillows are provided for the beds, however guests are requested to bring their own towels.

Tariff and Details:
The house is rented from Saturday to Saturday, with occupancy from 4 pm on day of arrival and to be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

A deposit of £100 together with a £100 cleaning and damage deposit (refundable) will secure your booking, with the remaining fee due 6 weeks before date of arrival.
