This wonderful large five bedroom house with self contained annex, set in ½ acre of mature gardens and enjoying complete seclusion will comfortably sleep 10-12 people. It is situated at the end of  ¾ mile lane in Paul near the famous fishing village of Mousehole. Benefiting from being on its own in a magical setting but within a short distance from the bustling town of Penzance. St Ives with its numerous art galleries and wonderful restaurants is only a short drive away. The city of Truro where you can enjoy shopping and the theatre is only 20 miles away, but if you want to be a bit more adventurous there is the famous open air Minack theatre and Lands End which is only a short drive south.

There are five bedrooms in the main house:-

• The largest has a superking bed and shower room en-suite with a walk in shower.
• The second bedroom also has a superking bed.
• The third bedroom has a double bed.
• The fourth and fifth bedrooms both have single beds with sofa chairs as additional childrens beds.
• There is a large family bathroom with a luxurious roll top bath, toilet and wash basin.
• In the attached annexe there are two further bedrooms both with shower rooms toilets and wash basins. There is also a small lounge area.

On the ground floor we have three reception rooms:-

• The first with satelite TV / DVD player and sofas.
• The second used as a formal dining room with oil fired aga (winter use only).
• The third is a cosy play room for the children to play in, overlooking the wonderful garden.

• The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, bespoke kitchen units with black granite worktops and door onto the garden.
• Off the kitchen is a utility room with toilet and wash basin, the combination boiler, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and microwave.

Additional Information:-

• There are cots available on request.
• All the bed linen is included and towels supplied for use in the house.
