Parklands has been described as “home from home” by many of our repeat bookings, and that is because we furnish it more as a home than a holiday home.

The property is situated in a residential area overlooking Kimberley Park, which has a children’s play area and is convenient for walking dogs. Accommodation consists of two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both contain ample wardrobe space. There are also two single sofa beds which can be placed as required. The lounge has a digital TV, with SKY Freesat coverage, DVD and video player, and an electric flame effect fire to complement the full gas central heating.

There is a separate dining room, with table and chairs and a child’s highchair, which leads into the fully fitted kitchen. The kitchen also contains a table with bench seats for informal meals, or for even less formality why not use the table and chairs on the patio in the rear garden which is accessed from the kitchen. The garden is large and secluded, ideal for children and dogs to play in. It is bordered by conifers and mature shrubs such as rhododendrons, hydrangeas and camellias. There are two apple trees in case you feel hungry.

A separate WC and a bathroom, which contains a wash basin, bath, shaver point and free standing shower finishes the house layout.
