Dolphins Barn is situated in a quiet, no through road. Outside is a lovely large and safely enclosed garden, with parking for several cars and a patio area with garden furniture and barbeque. There are several mature trees for shade.

The property is a five minute safe walk to the beach via the local hotel/pub, field and a cul-de-sac.

Trevone is a small village which is famous for its two beaches (sandy beach & rocky beach), blow hole and natural swimming pool all set within the beautiful natural surroundings of Cornwalls' North coast. The sandy beach has facilities, café and surf shop. The village pub holds regular bar-b-ques throughout the summer season.

The cliffs to the north east provide fantastic walks and views to Hawkers Cove, Camel estuary and beyond.
