| The recently opened £3 million Leisure Club includes
an indoor infinity swimming pool, fully equipped fitness centre, 9
hole recreational golf course, tennis courts, a 25 meter heated outdoor
pool and a Spa with a hydrotherapy pool, treatment rooms, jacuzzi,
sauna and steam room (there is a small charge for use of the Spa facilities
and golf course). There is also a bar, restaurant, cafe with wifi
access, Moroccan lounge and children's play area. |

Premier Cottages
– sleeps 4-6
The Premier Cottages provide contemporary and comfortable accommodation. Recently
refurbished, these modern two bedroom cottages are fully equipped
with everything you need to ensure you have a relaxed and enjoyable
holiday. On the ground floor there is an open plan lounge, kitchen
and dining area with patio doors onto a paved area with garden furniture and
views over the communal gardens and lawns, the lounge has a flat screen
TV and DVD player and the kitchen has microwave, fridge, cooker, kettle,
toaster and all the essential items for a self catering holiday. On
the first floor there is a double bedroom, twin bedroom and contemporary bathroom with
a shower. These stylish cottages also benefit from double glazing
and central heating. |
Atlantic Gold Villas
– sleeps 8-10
The spacious contemporary villas which are fully furnished to a very
high standard have four bedrooms and three bathrooms to accommodate
upto eight guests. Each one is fully equipped with everything you
need for a relaxing break away. The open plan lounge, dining area
and kitchen is ideal for entertaining. The kitchen has a dishwasher,
microwave and fridge/freezer, the dining table can seat eight people
and the lounge has three large sofas, TV and DVD player, perfect for
large groups and families. There is also a patio with garden furniture
and ample parking. Some Villas have a sofa bed in the lounge to sleep
an extra 2 guests. |

and surrounded by countryside, some are tucked away in quiet locations
among trees and by fields and others are close to the excellent on-site
leisure facilities and outdoor swimming pool and just a short drive
to the fabulous beaches of Newquay and Padstow. |
| Lakeview Country Park – Bodmin, Cornwall –
sleeps 6-8 |
| Morland Lodge is an attractive timber A frame
lodge with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, set within the centre
of a 160 acre country estate with woodlands, lakes and plenty of wildlife, the
wide sandy beaches at Padstow, Watergate Bay and Porth are about a
20 minute drive away. Well positioned amongst the landscaped grounds
of this country park in the centre of Cornwall, it is an ideal base
for exploring all that this region has to offer. |
| The superb guest accommodation is set within landscaped grounds,
individually located amongst lawns, trees & shrubs with level walks
around the beautiful lakes. This stylish and spacious two storey scandinavian style
lodge has a well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, dining
table to seat 8, spacious lounge with TV and DVD player and patio
doors opening onto the terrace with views over the landscaped grounds.

| There are three bedrooms, one double with en-suite
shower room and two twin bedrooms. The family bathroom has a spa bath
and overhead shower. There is a sofa bed in the lounge to accommodate
two extra guests. This lodge is fully furnished with everything you
need for a relaxing self catering holiday. |
| Centrally situated near Bodmin only 12 miles from
the north & south coastlines, 8 miles from the Eden Project makes
Lakeview Country Club the ideal location to unwind. The beautiful
grounds have a total area of 170 acres with 100 acres currently in
use. Paths meander through the park & around the lakes & a jogging
track has been laid out through the park. Also the country park features
ornamental ponds, exotic trees and shrubs and ornamental flower beds.
There are a selection of delightful pubs & restaurants in the local
villages. |
