| Beach Walk Holiday House is ideal for all
age groups, the house is situated Just 100 meters from the door
step is Fistral Beach which is renowned for hosting the World
ASP surfing championships. |
| The house offers high specification accommodation
with new fitted kitchen with integrated appliances including
dishwasher and washing machine and fan assisted oven and gas
hob, together with microwave, fridge and freezer. The South
facing sitting room boasts plasma television with DVD player
and Sky package together with mini hi-fi system and wi-fi broadband.

| The house offers a total of four bedrooms
with the master having a king-size bed with two further double
bedrooms and the smaller room having a set of bunk beds. The
bathroom has a double size power shower, sunken double ended
luxurious bath all with high quality fittings. All beddings
and duvets together with towels are included in the tariff.
The house sleeps eight plus a cot/highchair. To the front of
the property is a brick paved, south facing patio whilst the
rear is a landscaped enclosed slate garden with gas barbeque
and patio furniture with a gate leading to the rear parking
which accommodates two cars. |
| For those winter nights the property boasts
double glazing together with gas central heating and constant
hot water which is all included in the tariff throughout the
year. |

| Situated on the popular rugged coastline
of North Cornwall, Newquay boasts some of the finest views in
our country of the mighty Atlantic Ocean. The perfect natural
conditions produce an ideal surfing coast which has tempted
surfers from all over the world to visit Newquay and try out
the waves. Internationally Newquay is known as the surfing capital
of Europe and currently holds the British and World Surfing
Championships on Fistral Beach. |
| As well as surfing Newquay has become famous
for it’s large choice of restaurants and night life, with an
abundance of bars situated along the Harbour and Headland Road
which is a five minute walk from the house whilst Jamie Oliver’s
inspired “Fifteen Cornwall” together with the Beach Hut and
the Watergate Bay Hotel brasserie are situated two miles along
the coast. |
| Newquay’s St Mawgan Airport is the UK’s
fastest expanding regional airport with daily flights to and
from London Gatwick, Stanstead, Manchester, Leeds and Bradford
together with Dublin and Edinburgh. |
