It has recently been extensively refurbished to a very high standard, and has stunning views over Newlyn fishing harbour, and the beautiful Mounts Bay with the unique St Michaels Mount. It also benefits from off - road parking for 2 cars.
A short walk down the lane takes you to Newlyn harbour with all the fishing boats, and the village, which boasts a supermarket, a post office, and several pubs, restaurants, and fish shops, with fresh fish from the trawlers. Local buses run frequently from the village to Penzance, Porthcurno, Sennen, and Mousehole.

Accommodation Details
You can sit on the veranda in the morning sunshine, and enjoy your breakfast or morning coffee, while you watch the fishing boats bringing in their catch of the day. There is always something to see, with many yachts from the local clubs racing in the bay, and many other boats of all sizes. The property benefits from double glazing, and full gas central heating, all fuel, bedding and towels (excluding beach towels) are included in the cost. It is ideal for Autumn and Winter breaks as well as Summer holidays.

- Sleeps 6, it has 3 bedrooms, 2 double, one with bunk beds.
- From the very comfortable Lounge, with TV, DVD, and seating for 6, you can step through the French Doors onto a Veranda with decking, which looks onto the pretty garden, and gives a wonderful view of the Bay, and Harbour.
- Decking with table and six chairs, where you can sit and enjoy breakfast, coffee, or a meal with a relaxing glass of wine, while you enjoy the view.
- Dining Room with table and six chairs, and a Music Centre.
- Kitchen with cooker, microwave, toaster, full size fridge and separate freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a view over the bay.
- Bathroom with bath, power shower, toilet, basin and shaver point.
- Downstairs cloakroom with toilet and basin.
- Parking for 2 cars.
- The property is gas centrally heated, and all linen and towels (excluding beach towels) are provided.
- Arrival/Departure day is Saturday.
- Arrival time is after 3.00pm and departure time is before 11.00am.
- We accept pets - with an extra charge of £20.
- Pengullyn is a NO SMOKING property.

Ideally situated for visiting local beauty spots, and within easy reach of beautiful sandy beaches - many famous for surfing - and pretty rocky coves. Penzance, 2 miles away, offers many fishing and local boat trips, as well as the ferry and helicopter to the Isles of Scilly. There is also a fantastic Open Topped Bus that runs from Penzance to St Ives, stopping at Porthcurno, Sennen and Geevor Mine, where you can hop on and off as you please, a great way to see several beautiful places without having to park your car. Marazion - only about 3 miles - with its very safe sandy beach, and the causeway that you can walk accross to get to the famous St. Michaels Mount, as well as art galleries, and local pasty shops for your pasty to eat on the beach.
There are a great many places of interest close at hand including :- Porthcurno, with its sandy beach, cable museum, and the famous open air Minnack theatre on the cliffs. Geevor and Poldark tin mines. St Ives with its sandy beaches and of course the famous Tate art gallery. Falmouth with its Maritime Museum. Goonhilly Earth Station. Flambards Theme Park, and the world famous Eden Project, to name just a few.
