views over Newlyn fishing harbour, and the beautiful Mounts Bay with

for 2 cars. A short walk down the lane takes you to Newlyn harbour
with all the fishing boats, and the village, which boasts a supermarket,
a post office, and several pubs, restaurants, and fish shops, with
fresh fish from the trawlers. |

and enjoy your breakfast or morning coffee, while you watch the fishing
boats bringing in their catch of the day. There is always something
to see, with many yachts from the local clubs racing in the bay, and
many other boats of all sizes. The property benefits from double glazing,
and full gas central heating, all fuel is included in the cost. It
is ideal for Autumn and Winter breaks as well as Summer holidays. |

away, offers many fishing and local boat trips, as well as the ferry

Porthcurno, with its sandy beach, cable museum, and the famous open
air Minnack theatre on the cliffs. Geevor and Poldark tin mines. St
Ives with its sandy beaches and of course the famous Tate art gallery.
Falmouth with its Maritime Museum. Goonhilly Earth Station. Flambards
Theme Park, and the world famous Eden Project, to name just a few.
