Kenstella is on a slight hill with fantastic views overlooking the busy harbour of Newlyn and Mounts Bay. You can relax in the living room and watch the fishing boats come home with their catch's of fish and the yachts racing around the bay, there is always something going on.

Newlyn is a fishing village with lots of history, the famous Newlyn School of Art came from here, you can see the places where they were painted. You can visit the new Newlyn Art Gallery or some of the local art shops. There is also a post office, super market and fish shop where you can buy your fresh fish with 10% off if you stay at Kenstells. The many pubs and restaurants are all within a one minute walk of the house. There are very good award winning beaches in the area some are within a 10 minute drive the rest no more than 20 minutes. The ferry and helicopter that leave for the Scilly's every day from Penzance which is one mile away.
