The Cottage. . . .

The front door opens into the main living - dining room. From here there is a door through to the cosy TV lounge. 3 steep steps lead down to the kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs there is a small half landing; to the left there is the second double bedroom and the twin room. To the right is the master bedroom with its king size bed and plenty of storage. 3 steep steps lead from the bedroom to the en-suite shower room, which has a shower cubicle, basin and WC.

Patio doors from the kitchen open out on to the lovely terraced garden. (Small children will need some supervision). The top patio overlooks Mounts Bay and across to St. Michaels Mount. Relax amongst the Cornish plants and watch the fishing fleet enter and leave Newlyn harbour.

From Cove Cottage take a gentle stroll into the centre of Newlyn where you will find shops, pubs, restaurants, art gallery and Post Office. The bustling and lively town of Penzance is 1½ miles away. From here there are excellent bus and rail links to all parts of the UK.
