| This stylish, contemporary house has
four spacious bedrooms which sleep eight people. The living room,
family bedroom and two of the twin bedrooms all have fantastic views
of the whole of Mounts Bay stretching 180 degrees from Penzance to
the tip of The Lizard. There is private parking with space for two
cars. We provide lots of info on the best local restaurants, pubs,
attractions, local beaches and everything this beautiful part of Cornwall
has to offer. We want your holiday in Cornwall to be special and will
do our best to make it so. |
| Accommodation and Additional Information |
| All our rooms are stylishly decorated and fully
equipped with everything you will need. There are four bedrooms, one
family bedroom, one double, and two twin. We have one main bathroom,
a separate shower room and a separate WC. In the living room we provide
a large flat screen TV with Freeview and a DVD player. Also lots of
DVD's, Books and Boardgames. The kitchen is also fully equipped with
a cooker, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Outside there is a patio garden with garden furniture, barbeque &
sea views. |

| We are sorry to say there is no smoking and no
pets allowed. There is a Saturday change over. Arrival is at 3pm.
Departure is at 10am. |

| Newlyn and Additional Information |
| Newlyn is a small fishing village situated in Mounts
Bay and a three minute drive away from Penzance. Today, very little
of old Newlyn remains, but it is still full of character and charm.
The heart of the village is the harbour which most of Newlyn over
looks. It is worth rising early to visit the bustling Fish Market
and to see the fish being sold. |
| The Newlyn Fish Festival is held on August Bank
Holiday Monday each year, when stalls and cafés take over the quays
for the day. |
| Harbour View is situated perfectly to experience
all the amazing blue flag beaches and attractions Cornwall has to
offer. |
