| Boslowen
house is an 1800’s fishermen’s cottage, situated in a central
area only yards from Newlyn harbour and the sea. The house is
located on a quiet private road. |

We are
just a stones throw from shops, bars and restaurants, one
of which is the 'Tolcarne Inn' which is a real ale house offering
excellent food and additional parking.
Penzance
is just a 10 min level walk along the promenade then on to
St. Michael's Mount and Marazion. You can walk to Mousehole
along the coastal path in around 20 mins.
For those
interested in culture, Newlyn boasts 3 art galleries whilst
St. Ives and the Tate is a short drive away.

Newlyn
is an all season’s location, famous for the Newlyn/ Mousehole
Christmas lights and festivities. It is on the scenic cycle
route, has a regular bus service, a taxi rank and is approx.
1 mile from Penzance train station (in fact a car may not
be necessary).
Lands
End, Sennen and Porthcurno which is home to the famous' Minack
theatre' (stunning open air amphitheatre set in the rocks)
is 10 miles to the west. There are a host of interesting walks
and beautiful sandy beaches all nearby.
The Eden
Project is 40 mins away, Heligan gardens 20 mins and Cape
Cornwall golf 15 mins.
The house
sleeps 8 people comfortably with a fold out bed for an additional
2 people. The first floor consists of the 3 bedrooms and a
bathroom with WC, sink, and large walk in power shower. The
first room sleeps 2 in a king size bed The second room sleeps
2 in twin beds The third room sleeps 2 in bunk beds. The loft
sleeps 2 in a double bed and the additional 2 on the fold
out bed. The ground floor has a double lounge with flat screen
TV, freeview and DVD player, a stereo with MP3 and 5-disc
CD player.

| The
dining room is also on this floor, as well as a fully fitted
kitchen with fridge and freezer, gas cooker, microwave with
fully equipped appliances. |

The utility
room has a second WC and washer and dryer. There are 2 adult
bikes available, beach chairs, folding chairs and a BBQ. We
have also provided several walking and cycling maps for the
local area and further. There are also information leaflets
of local activities and festivals.
All bedding
and towels are included (no beach towels). Additional towels
and bedding are located in the yellow room.

| Upon
arrival please check the electric meter located in the kitchen,
on the wall behind the wooden box. The blue key can be removed
and charged at the CO-OP if more electricity is needed. The
BBQ can be left out in the back during your visit. Please return
it to the utility room before your departure. |

Follow
the A30 to Penzance; go along the seafront road to Newlyn.
It’s the first left after the lights Tolcarn Terrace, where
you can park. Florence Place is on your left.

on 7 nights inclusive of water, gas and electricity. Change
over day - Saturday. Arrival time from 3 pm onwards and departure
by 10 am To confirm your reservation a deposit of £100 must
be sent with the booking form. The total balance of the rental
is to be paid 8 weeks prior to the date of the agreed arrival
date. |
