Booking
conditions
Your application must be made out in full on a Booking Form sent by post. Bookings made more than 6 weeks in advance require a 1/3 deposit. The balance is due 6 weeks before your holiday commences. Bookings made less than 6 weeks in advance require the full charge. Balance payment: On confirmation of the booking the balance is due 6 weeks before the commencement of the holiday. Please don't rely upon a reminder. Damage deposit: A £75 damage deposit is payable with the balance payment and will he returned, less any deductions, within 2 weeks of departure. Bookings made less than 6 weeks in advance require the full charge plus the damage deposit.VAT :: Where appropriate VAT is included in the charge. Holiday Cancellation Insurance : If required it must be arranged by the tenant. Duration and times of letting: Letting commences from 15.00 hours on the first day of the tenancy and ends at 10.00 hours on the last day. Keys: To be arranged between the owner and the holiday tenant. The Tenancy: The Tenancy is created within the meaning of Schedule 1 of the Rent Act of 1977. The Tenant Agrees: To keep and leave the accommodation in the clean and tidy state as on arrival so that it is suitable for occupation by another tenant. If this is not the case he/she will be liable for the hire charges as shown for the accommodation for the period until it is so available and for any loss or damage which shall be occasioned thereby.To pay for any breakages and damages. Not to do anything to make void or voidable any policy of insurance. To allow the owner, or other such necessary persons reasonable access. Not to part with possessions of the property, or share it, except with members of the party shown on the booking form. Not to exceed the total number of people as detailed in the property description. |
