| Booking
- To make a reservation please check availability by using the enquiry
form or direct by telephone. Provisional bookings accepted by email or
telephone will be held for 5 days. When your deposit of 1/3 is received
a receipt will be issued. The balance of the total rent is due 8 weeks
prior to the commencement of the holiday. If booking less than 8 weeks
in advance, the total rent is payable on booking. Arrival and Departure - Meadowside will be available to guests from 3.00pm on the date of arrival until 10.00am on the date of departure. Electricity- Electricity is inclusive. Heating - The cottage benefits from full oil-fired central heating/hot water. This is inclusive. There is a woodburning stove in the sitting room. We provide the first basket of logs. Bed Linen - Full bed linen with duvets and blankets are provided at no extra charge. Towel Hire - Towels are available for hire at £3.00 per person per week. This includes one bath towel and one hand towel. Children - Children are very welcome. Mellon Farm provides a safe, traffic-free environment for children to play. A cot and high chair can be provided at no extra charge. Please bring your own cot linen. Parking - There is ample, safe parking on level tarmac by the cottage entrance. Dogs - One well-behaved dog is welcome at an additional charge of £15.00 per week. Dogs are accepted on the understanding that they are kept under strict control and are exercised on a lead. |
