into a spacious, well-appointed cottage. Set close to the farmhouse with
ample, safe parking on level tarmac by the entrance. Oil-fired central
heating and a woodburning stove provide a warm and comfortable base at
any time of year. A
stable door opens into a cosy Sitting Room with exposed roof truss
beams and homely woodburning stove set on a slate hearth. There is wooden
flooring with a large rug and comfortably furnished with leather suite,
a TV, Video and CD/Tape/Radio are provided.Arched doorway through to: Kitchen/Dining Area - Well-equipped fitted kitchen with electric oven/hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher, microwave and automatic washing machine. Furnished with pine table and chairs. Tiled floor. Owner's tumble dryer is available by arrangement.  Two
Bedrooms - One double and one spacious twin-bedded room. Furnished
with pine wardrobes and fitted carpets. Hairdryer provided.Bathroom/WC - Well presented with tiled floor, over-bath electric shower and shaver socket. Children are very welcome. Mellon is a safe traffic-free environment for children to play in. A cot and highchair are provided free of charge on request. A small west-facing garden with sitting-out area surrounds the cottage adjacent to meadows. Garden furniture and BBQ are provided. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Non-smoking accommodation. Central heating, electricity and bed linen are inclusive. |
