Norman's
Retreat is a tastefully converted barn conversion which
comfortably sleeps six, located in the village of Trenance.
Set within a tasteful complex of 7 other barns there is adequate
private parking and is a short walk to the local beach at Mawgan
Porth. A superb family beach where you can find cafés, shop,
surf hire and a pub. The Extreme Academy and Jamie Oliver's
Fifteen at Watergate Bay is a 5 minute drive away. With Padstow
around 15 minutes drive. |

Entrance
hall, two good sized double bedroom, (one en-suite), one twin
room and family bathroom with bath and screen/shower attachment.
There
are wardrobes and drawers in both double rooms and drawers
in the twin. Stairs lead to a contemporary finished open plan
lounge leading to a dining area and open plan kitchen.

Comfortable seating for 6 with free view digital TV, DVD player
and hard drive, Bose CD/Radio. A selection of DVDs are available.
Dining
Area and Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen with microwave, fridge,
freezer, Espresso machine and Gas hob with electric oven.
Light oak dining table for 6 people.
Enclosed
Garden: Patio doors lead from the lounge to a decked area
and enclosed patio garden which is a convenient sun trap throughout
the day. There is an extendable garden dining table and chairs.
Beneath the decking and on the ground floor is an area for
the hanging of wetsuits and for your convenience there is
also rear garden access. Within the complex is a shared outside
recreation area with picnic tables and sea view.
