The China Dolls House is a delightful 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom end of terrace cottage with south facing terraced garden and parking. All Within easy walking distance of Marazion town centre and lovely beach.

Only 2 miles from Penzance and 7 from St Ives, Marazion is a charming ancient seaside town with miles of sandy beaches, friendly pubs, interesting galleries, cosy cafes and restaurants. St Michaels Mount dominates the bay and provides an imposing backdrop to the magnificent Atlantic Ocean.

The China Dolls House enjoys stunning views of the bay and St Michaels Mount both from its upstairs sitting room with its lovely bay window as well as from the south facing terraced garden (steep steps lead to the uppermost level).

A parking space for 1 car is found behind the large wooden gates off the main street.

Well behaved dogs over 1 year old are welcome at this cottage. Travel cot, high chair and stairgate are available free of charge. There is a telephone for receiving incoming calls only.

Downstairs at The China Dolls House you will find a very well equipped modern fitted kitchen with everything you may need from a dishwasher to a tumble drier. The comfortably furnished sitting room and dining area upstairs is the perfect place to relax after a day exploring and boasts digital TV, video, CD player, books, games and wood burning stove for when the nights begin to draw in.

Also downstairs is the double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom with bath and lovely big shower cubicle. The twin bedded room has a bathroom next to it with a bath and electric shower over. If you are visiting out of season, the cottage has full oil fired central heating which also supplies constant hot water all the year round from the combi boiler.
