CHERRY TREE LODGE is a large detached property with an extensive garden and recreation area to the rear of the property. The rear garden offers safe sanctuary to families with young children which can be gated off on both sides of the property.

It is a terraced landscaped garden with many interesting and tropical shrubs and bushes.

There is also a concreted patio area which is ideal for barbeques. All barbeque equipment comes as part of the inventory of the house and is stored in the former stable block to the rear of the house. In the summer the garden is a sheltered sun trap and provides an ideal family recreation area. There is a large French window which opens up from the lounge of the house onto the gardens. 

The house is situated on a quiet country road with rolling fields both to the front and the rear with pretty woodland copses to explore nearby.

The house consists of four double bedrooms rooms of which the very large master room has its own en-suite luxury bathroom and shower. The other three bedrooms all have their own sinks, mirrors and shaver points. All the bedrooms have large built in wardrobes, aerial l sockets and telephone sockets.  The views from all bedrooms are attractive rural scenes overlooking fields and woodlands. On the first floor there is another completely refurbished bathroom with toilet and shower to service the other three bedrooms.

The ground floor comprises of a large comfortable lounge with a colour t.v. and French windows opening up to the rear gardens. There is a separate dining area, a large utility room / wash room with washing machine and dryer. The heart of the house centers around the large open plan kitchen / dining room with additional seating around an open hearth fire place and colour t.v. with digital receiver and dvd player.  The kitchen area has recently been completely refurbished with a new country style fitted kitchen with fitted hob cooker & extraction. Equipment includes a dishwasher, fridge freezer and all necessary cooking utensils to service up to eight people. The kitchen has views over both the front and rear gardens.  There is also an additional ground floor toilet and hand wash facility. Access to the gardens from the kitchen is through the utility room with a stable door which is ideal in the summer if you need to stop young children escaping from the house. The house has full oil fired central heating along with an electric immersion.

The house has a secure garage and an addition parking space in the drive. On street parking immediately outside the house is unrestricted with little competition for space for parking additional vehicles on this country road location.

Cherry Tree Lodge is perfectly located in the charming hamlet of Plain an Gwarry which is a fifteen minute walk to Marazion and St Michaels Mount. Marazion boasts some of the safest bathing in the country from its golden sands and dunes. The large open bay is also one of the country’s finest wind surfing and kite boarding locations often hosting major events and competitions. Marazion also boasts a charming Cornish village along with Marazion Marsh R.S.P.B. Reserve , with its extensive reedbeds and other unique habitat, is a very well-known and popular bird watching location.

Penzance is only a ten-minute drive and Lands End is only ten miles away along with some of the most spectacular coastal beaches and scenery that includes the famous surfing beaches of Sennen Cove and Gwenva.
