Lower Praze is a traditional Cornish granite house, retaining many original features of a period home. It is situated in a most outstanding position on Cape Cornwall with superb coastal views, and magnificent views of the Atlantic and The Brisons. Lower Praze is surrounded by beautiful walks. The Cape Cornwall Golf and Country Club, just a minute away, is open to visitors and offers a Restaurant and bar, indoor heated swimming pool, spa, gymnasium, sauna and solarium (daily membership). Its Golf Course, one of the most spectacularly sited golf courses in Britain, surrounds Lower Praze. The first floor holiday accommodation (non-smoking) has been completely renovated and consists of three bedrooms, lounge, kitchen/dining, bathroom and a spacious landing. Use of gardens, garden furniture and barbeque. The holiday accommodation sleeps up to 6 (cot available) and is for hire throughout the year. It is fully equipped with central heating, television, video, cooker, oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, etc. Prices are between £300.00 and £700.00 per week and are all inclusive (electricity, central heating, linen) plus cleaning. All rooms of your holiday accommodation have an excellent view of Cape Cornwall, the Atlantic and the Brisons. The Scilly Isles can be seen on a clear day.

CAPE CORNWALL Cape Cornwall, England’s only cape, provides lovely sea views towards Land’s End and the offshore rocks of the Brisons, and is still, to many Cornish people, the true Land’s End. Cape Cornwall forms the central point in a four-mile stretch of magnificent "National Trust-owned" coastline, rich in archaeological and mining remains. Cape Cornwall and the Land’s End Peninsula are ideal for walking, with the coastal path passing Lower Praze. Cape Cornwall’s Priest Cove invites for a swim, and a man-made pool is ideal and safe for children. Many small, sandy beaches nearby. Sennen Cove’s Whitesand Beach, just 3 miles away, is an internationally recognised "Blue Flag" beach with ideal conditions for surfers.
SAINT JUST St. Just is a handsome town of great Cornish character. Sturdy granite houses surround the busy Market Square, which is discretely overlooked by the elegant tower of the Parish Church.
