| General Information and our Facilities: |
| Talehay Farmhouse is a grade 2 listed Cornish
farmstead with its origins in the 17th century. No longer a
working farm, Talehay is surrounded by and overlooks open countryside
around a central courtyard of well specified and tastefully
furnished converted Cornish stone built cottages providing self-catering
accommodation. |
| All the cottages are situated in spacious
communal gardens with lawned areas, ideal for picnics and barbecues
and safe for your children to play in. To the rear of the main
house are a further two and a half acres of pasture land where
guests can walk their dogs or play with their children. All
cottages are supplied with their own picnic table and seating
area as well as benefiting from the use of the communal gardens.

a 'get away from it all' holiday seeking peace and tranquility
or as a base to explore the many attractions of Cornwall; it's
beaches, fishing villages, stately homes, famous gardens, coastal
and inland walks as well as the world renowned "Eden Project".
Available nearby you can enjoy golf, diving, surfing, horse
riding, cycling and many country and coastal walks. |

of Pelynt, Nr Looe, Cornwall, amidst delightful unspoilt open
countryside and approached down a quiet lane. The magnificent
Cornish coastline with its secluded sandy coves and breath taking
views is only 3 miles away. |

| This unique accommodation offers
a special charm with its high, vaulted, beamed ceilings,
galleried double bedroom and wood burning stove
(Supplemented by central heating). Downstairs is
a twin bedded room, loung/dining room, fully equipped
kitchen with washer/dryer, bathroom and bath/shower
and WC. |

| Barn cottage has a double bedroom
with adjoining bath/shower room with WC. Owl cottage
has one double and one twin bedroom with bath/shower

| Light, bright spacious accommodation
on one level. This detached cottage has uninterrupted
views over open countryside. It has one double bedroom
with adjoining bathroom, a lounge/dining area, a
well-equipped kitchen and is centrally heated. |

| All cottages are supplied with their own
picnic table and seating area as well as benefiting from the
use of the communal gardens. Barbeques availoable on request.
