| Easy Access to the Attractions |
|
The location of Tanglewood Bungalow makes it the ideal base for a holiday taking in the lovely features of Cornwall and Devon. It is an easy drive to North and South coasts and various beautiful beaches. The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are a short drive away, as are the famous fishing village of Mevagissey and the picturesque Polperro. There are various National Trust properties in the area, including Cotehele House and Lanhydrock. Rosecraddoc village is set at the foot of Caradon Hill, on the edge of Bodmin Moor, only a few miles from Jamaica Inn. If you are holidaying with children, Dobwalls Adventure Park is a short drive and good fun, as is Colliford Lake Park. Plymouth is about 18 miles away, and the National Marine Aquarium is always a popular choice. You will find a folder in the bungalow, containing lots of information on things to see and do. |

| Booking Conditions |
| As parents of school age children ourselves, we know how difficult it can be to find a reasonably priced holiday during the school holidays. Therefore you will find that we do not raise our prices during school holidays beyond the usual seasonal adjustments. |
| To make a booking, please telephone or e-mail us so that we can confirm your chosen dates are available (you can click on the availability calendar to check) and let you know the price. We will ask for your postal details, so that we can send you a booking form. We will hold your dates until we receive the completed booking for and a deposit, which will be 25% of the full cost. Full payment will need to be made four weeks prior to the start date of your holiday. When full payments has been received, we will give you details of the arrangements to collect the key, and directions to the property. If you do not have access to the internet we can provide an AA map for you. |
| If you book a holiday less than 4 weeks prior to the start date, we will require payment in full. We regret that deposits are not refundable, but in the case of a late booking where full payment has been made, 75% will be refunded if you need to cancel up to 14 days before the start date. Payment may be made by cheque, to SJ & NA Cheeseman. |
| Well behaved dogs are welcome, although we do ask that they are not left unattended in the bungalow. Please also ensure dogs are kept on a lead in the grounds and that any ‘deposits’ are cleaned up. |
| Children are very welcome, although they must be supervised, especially at the back of the property as the stream is unfenced and quite fast running. They are welcome to play with our children’s games in the bungalow. |
| The bungalow is available from 2.30pm on the day of arrival, and we ask that it be vacated by 9.30 am on the day of departure. |
| If you are travelling with friends and wish to holiday together, we can put you in touch with other owners on the site who may be able to accommodate you in one of their bungalows. |
| A note regarding insurance: should we need to cancel your holiday for any unforeseen reason, our insurance will cover the cost of your holiday. If however you are obliged to cancel, our insurance will not cover your costs, and you may wish to make arrangements with your insurers. This is entirely optional and merely a suggestion on our part. |
