It is recommended that you follow a route to Hayle, by-passing the town on the A30. At the large roundabout at the end of the by-pass, take the A3074 St Ives and Lelant road. Go straight ahead at the first roundabout and then at the next round-about go off at the right hand exit towards St Ives. Pass through the little village of Lelant, around a series of bends, up a slight incline and you will come to a crossroads near the Heatherbell Motel. There is a narrow, almost concealed, road on your left at this crossroads signposted 'Trevarrack'. Turn into this road and continue ahead for approximately 50 yards and you will see an unmade farm lane under some trees on your left. Follow this lane for three quarters of a mile through a gate marked PRIVATE, and the lane forks away to the left-but continue ahead and Trevethoe Farmhouse is the first large house on your left. Park here and collect your keys.
