Take the A38 bypassing Plymouth Continue across the Tamar Bridge and through Saltash. After approximately three miles you will reach the village of Landrake. At the top of the hill take the second turning on the right (signposted New Barton). After one mile turn left at the white cottage where the signpost indicates Tideford. The Farm and Coach House will be found 200 yards on the right.
