About Lantallack Farm Studio

Lantallack is a lovely old Georgian farm, set in 40 acres, with outstanding views across undulating countryside and wooded valleys. Its peaceful situation makes it an ideal retreat for a relaxing holiday, and the ever-changing landscape creates a stimulating and delightful atmosphere in which to work.

Nicky is a professional artist who studied Fine Art at Falmouth School of Art. She draws her inspiration from the landscapes of Dartmoor, where she lived for many years, and from the countryside and coastline that now surrounds her in south east Cornwall. She has been running day/weekend and residential courses in life drawing, mono-printing and sculpture since 1986.

The Barn Studio is well- lit and warm, with views across fields of centuries old oak and beech trees, to the village of Tideford.
The course is suitable for every-one, from absolute beginners to experienced artists. Age, skill, experience and style are no barriers - all you need is a willingness to learn and an enthusiasm to succeed. We just want you to enjoy your art in a relaxed, non-competitive atmosphere
