two 4 star quality cottages are within walking distance of
golden sandy beaches and wild and rugged cliffs. |
| The Cottages |
| Both are superbly appointed and well-equipped.
They have their own unique character and offer views across
the neighbouring fields towards the Gull Rocks and the Atlantic
Ocean. |
| The cottages are only a short drive from
the pretty yet bustling village of Cubert and close to Holywell
Bay, undoubtedly one of the county’s best beaches. The beach
can be approached by road or by foot across the sand dunes
owned by the National Trust, providing a memorable walk in
high summer or in the sometimes blustery, yet often very warm,
out of season months! The location of the cottages is ideal
for a wide range of walks, some of which take in the dramatic
Atlantic coastline, the tranquil beauty of Cubert Common and
the surrounding hamlets and villages. |
| Bejowan Cottage |
| An enclosed sunny front garden leads onto
the attractively-furnished sitting/dining room with its low
beamed ceiling and wood burner housed in a large granite fireplace.
There is also a TV, DVD and CD stereo system with comfy sofas
to provide the perfect environment for all-year-round relaxation.

| The sitting room leads onto the kitchen,
which includes all the expected amenities, such as a dishwasher,
washing machine, microwave oven and fridge with freezer compartment.
Also leading off the sitting/dining room is the main family
bathroom. |
| Upstairs, all the bedrooms overlook the
garden through picture windows and have been furnished with
antique bedsteads and pretty fabrics. The cosy master bedroom
has an en-suite bathroom. |

an enclosed grassy area situated to the front of the cottage. |
| Popham Cottage |
| Popham sleeps 4 (plus a cot if required),
with one double bedroom and one twin room. |
| Popham Cottage occupies a very private
end of terrace location with its own delightful small garden
to the front and a large sunny, raised and enclosed garden
to the rear. Through the porched entrance guests step into
a traditionally-furnished and beautifully-decorated dining
area which leads to the spacious modern kitchen where all
the expected amenities can be found, including a dishwasher,
microwave oven and fridge with freezer compartment. These
two adjoining warm and sunny areas act as the focal point
to this enchanting cottage, whilst the welcoming sitting-room
provides a cosy hideaway to the left of the dining area and
includes a TV, DVD and CD stereo system. |
| From the kitchen a sunny conservatory
with sitting area and convenient open serving hatch, gives
access through patio doors to the rear garden and also to
the ground floor toilet, shower and utility room with washing
machine. |
| Upstairs is a master bedroom which boasts
a four-poster bed and vistas across the fields towards the
Gull Rocks and the Atlantic Ocean. The twin-bedded room has
views across the pretty front garden and over the surrounding
countryside. |
