All three spacious one bedroomed barns are set in a courtyard setting, found at the end of a tree lined lane. The farm is set in 25 acres 7 of which are natural habitat. (Rare plants can be found.)

Brand new conversions to a high standard yet retaining lots of character.

Central location - breathtaking views over the Cober Valley. Close to the Great Flat Lode an area for riding, walking and cycling along the old mineral tramways.

Nearby Pool has a National Trust site for a glimpse into the past with its working beam engines. Visit Stithians Reservoir. for fishing, windsurfing, canoeing and more. Come and relax and just listen to the birds.

 We have just recently finished this semi-detached single storey luxurious retreat for couples. It retains much stonework, charm and warmth. It offers one bedroom with a large four poster bed. There is an en-suite with a large walk in shower and WC. Well equipped open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, TV, Freeview, DVD Player and wood burner. Outside there is a small patio. Option to purchase a cooked breakfast and have delivered to your door or treat yourself to a pre-ordered indulgence pack consisting of chilled champagne, Thornton's chocolates and fresh flowers.

Regret no smoking, pet or single sex parties.

- We are happy to hold a telephone reservation for 5 working days. If the deposit does not arrive in this time this will be seen as a cancellation.
- Booking will only be accepted on receipt of a non-refundable deposit of £100. The balance of the total holiday cost is payable 4 weeks before the start of your holiday.
Paypal Payments Accepted- All CHEQUES made payable to Mr and Mrs J P Dunstan.
- We strongly advise you take holiday insurance out to cover yourselves.
