| Accommodation Details |
| Offering two bedroom accommodation,
with the facility for 4 persons, the Hideaway provides all the modern
conveniences that a person or family will need. There is also a large
garden and parking facilities.
Although the Hideaway itself adjoins the
main farmhouse, we will respect your privacy but are always on hand
to answer any questions that you may have, whether it is regarding
your accommodation or just more information about the local area.
We will do our very best to make sure your stay is an pleasurable
as we can.
Hideaway is non smoking and we also do not accept pets.
Entrance
- A well sized porch providing coat hanging space. Here you can gain access to
the main bedroom, the wash/utility area and kitchen.
Bathroom
- The bathroom is a good size bathroom with wash basin, shaving
point, WC, bath with over bath shower. utility area - with automatic
washing machine and tumble dryer and night store heater.

Bedroom 1 - A
good sized double bedroom with double bed, bedroom furniture, night
storage heater, colour television and a window to the garden.

2 - A step down from the kitchen. The room has a view down towards the

room - A range of fitted kitchen units offering plenty of storage space,
electric cooker with 4 ring hob, fridge freezer, microwave and CD/Radio, with
Velux roof light. Window and door to entrance porch. Dining table with 4 chairs.

Lounge
- The lounge offers a comfortable atmosphere with French doors opening
into the patio area. The room is fitted with lounge suite, radiator,
colour TV with freeview. There is also a living flame coal effect
room heater. |
| Outside
- Patio/seating are accessed either from the lounge, garden or parking area. There
are steps from the are up to the large garden offering a sunny aspect, privacy
and peace. A washing line is also provided. Please
note - All rooms are carpeted with the exception of the Kitchen which has
a vinyl floor covering. Cutlery and crockery is supplied to the kitchen/dining
room. Bed linen is also provided for the bedrooms although we ask you to bring
your own towels and tea towels. |
| Local Area |
| Trelissick Farm is situated 2 miles from the local
market town of Helston, home of the ancient 'Furry Dance' or 'Flora Day' as it
is more commonly known today. Helston offers a good range of local amenities,
including shops, banks, leisure and commercial facilities. There
is also access to a dentist, doctors and Cottage Hospital if required. For
more comprehensive amenities the towns of Penzance, Camborne and Falmouth are
all within 20-30 minutes drive away. The famous Cathedral City of Truro is about
40 minutes drive, offering a much wider range of shops and amenities for all ages. Closer
to home you are spoilt for choice with the many beautiful beaches and coastal
walks available. |

Porthleven is just 5 minutes drive from the Hideway its charming harbour offers
day fishing trips or just sit and relax in one of many pubs and restaurants. |  |

| Why not visit the historic town of
Helston. gateway to the Lizard Peninsular. Helston is the home of former world
champion heavyweight boxer Bob Fitzsimmomns, and the famous Flambards Theme Park.
The Lizard Britain's most southerly point offers breath taking views, fantastic
flowers and fauna plus miles of superb coastal walking. |

are so many beautiful sandy beaches just minutes drive from the Hideaway, Rinsey,
Praa Sands, Perranuthnoe, Gunwalloe, and Poldhu just to mention a few. If you
travel a little further you can visit St. Michaels Mount, Penzance, Mousehole
or many of the unspoilt coves on the way to Lands End. |

| If your interests lay more with
buildings and their history then take a trip to Godolphin House immortalised in
the TV series Poldark. Trevarno is the home of the National Garden Museum, or
travel some ten miles to the east and there you can visit-either Trebah or Glendurgan
gardens. |
| The hideaway is the ideal situation
for you to discover South West Cornwall. We have been established for 25 years
and our guest book is a testimony to our success and so many of our guests make
return journeys and have become friends.We did welcome guests in 2005 for the
25th year staying with us. |  |
| The hideaway has a small library of local books for our
guests to browse or take with them on the daily outings while staying with us.

| Directions |
| Follow the A30 to Camborne "West", come
up the slip road and take a left towards the town centre. Drive
into Camborne, passing the fire station on your left and church on you right. At
the mini roundabout, next to the Tyacks Hotel, take a right up Basset Street to
the end where the police station will be in front of you. Turn
right, signposted Praze-an-Beeble (B3303) towards Helston. You
will past though a number of villages. It will be about 20-30 minutes drive until
you come to a 'T' junction (B3303) next to Sithney Primary School. Here turn left
for Helston. Follow this road for around
5-10 minutes. You will then be at another 'T' junction next to a garage. Here
you will need to turn right towards Penzance. Just
over the brow of the hill you will come to a crossroads, here you need to turn
right for Sithney. Take the first left, In
front of a large house/restaurant, continue on this road for approx. 2 minutes.
Trelissick Farm is the first entrance on your right. Welcome
to the Hideaway. |
