From the house secretive pathways lead away from open flat lawns to glades of magnolia, camellia and honeysuckle festooning ancient oaks.

Past woodland ponds & tree ferns the property enjoys a slendid quay and slipway of ancient ganite. An ideal setting for small boat sailing and exploring the shoreline and tributaries of the Helford River.
