A pretty little old-fashioned cottage right beside the magnificent beach at Hayle.

Newly available this year, the Cottage offers perfect accommodation for a family of 4 looking for a seaside holiday in Cornwall. All freshly decorated, it provides comfortable accommodation in a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere.

The Cottage was once the kitchen complex of a grand seaside villa. The large Sitting Room has a vast comfortable sofa with Cath Kidston covers, a second sofa plus coffee table, and there is a games table with a selection of board games, cards and books. There is a small tv with dvd player and we provide paints and crayons in case you feel creative! The Cottage was once home to a painter and the location is very inspiring.. The room is south facing with large windows so it is very bright.

The Kitchen is also a large, high-ceilinged room, and has a pine dining table with chairs, a sideboard, electric cooker, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is also a microwave oven, etc.. Do ask if there’s something particular you require and we’ll do our best to help. We can supply a high chair and cot if required.

The Double Bedroom has a pair of rooflights, so you can see the weather from your bed before you get up! You can also see the stars as we have little light pollution and the air is clean and clear. There is a small Bunk Bed Room off the Sitting Room, with 2’6” wide beds. The Shower Room has a curtained shower area, wash basin and wc. It’s all instant hot water, so there’s no danger of a cold shower!

We provide a barbeque, windbreak, body boards, picnic hamper, vacuum flask, buckets and spades, etc. at the beginning of the season. We do not provide linen. Storage heaters are in every room, and electricity costs are included. There is parking for one car in high season, more if we are quiet at other times of the year. Changeover day is Friday, in after 4 pm and out by 10 am, and we are open all year. Short breaks are available out of season, and a single dog is welcome at a cost of £25 per week.

Outside in the lobby you will find a set of white painted garden furniture and various pieces of beach equipment for your use.

The tariff is from £125 to £450 per week.

Please note that it is possible at the moment to book all 3 separate parts of the Beach House together to sleep a party of up to 20 people.
