Legrace is a most imposing newly built bungalow with conservatory. This bungalow is quietly situated amidst grassy sand dunes in an elevated enviable position overlooking the beach commanding panoramic views of the whole of St. Ives Bay and surrounding countryside. Legrace is easily accessible by means of a well laid concrete path suitable for the young, elderly or infirm (pushchair/wheelchair) convenient parking area at the bottom of the path. Legrace sleeps 6 people well behaved children and pets are welcome.
Accommodation Comprised

Master Bedroom - with double bed (wall light over bed) built in wardrobe, wall panel heater.

2nd Bedroom - twin beds, built in wardrobe, heater.

3rd Bedroom - adult size bunk beds, wardrobe, heater.

All the bedrooms are carpeted.

The lounge is carpeted and comfortably furnished to include 3 piece suite, occasional tables, teak unit, large colour TV (fantastic sea views) Access from the lounge into the conservatory, small wicker table and chairs and relaxer chairs. Simply heaven to bask in the beauty that surround you. (Ideal for reading your holiday novel). Breathtaking views from Lelant Golf Course over to the island in St Ives. A magnificent sight is watching the sun set over the island. The spacious kitchen includes fitted units, sink with hot and cold water, cooker, microwave oven, fridge, spin dryer. The dining table is by a large window to take full advantage of the splendid view. The shower room is half tiled, basin with hot and cold water, WC, shower enclosure and down flow wall heater. A pleasant grass area surrounds the bungalow. Table and chairs for your enjoyment of outdoor eating.

The letting season is from 1st April (or Easter day if before) until the 31st October 10 days before Xmas and 10 days after Xmas.

Legrace is the idyllic seaside retreat prefect for your summer holidays or equally as delightful for Xmas, New Year or your early or late break. The full double glazing and night storage heater makes it extremely cosy.

Legrace is an ideal central base for touring, you are close to all amenities. A small supermarket, pub and fish & Chips shop adjoin the site. You are with walking distance the town of Hayle (approx. 1 mile)

Riviere Towans with its 40 acres of grassland seafront and sand dunes host numerous coastal and country walks. For the beach enthusiast 3 miles of golden sands fully patrolled by lifeguards during the summer months. You will only be a short distance from Marazion with its fairy tale castle of St Michael's Mount. St Ives is famous for its cobbled streets, beaches and the Tate Gallery. In the other direction you have the famous Eden Project. Fishing, golf, tennis, sailing, surfing, birdwatching and horse riding facilities are all close to hand. The breathtaking coastline of St Ives Bay and the beautiful scenery must make this one of the best locations in Cornwall.

Booking Conditions

Telephone bookings must be confirmed in writing within 3 days. A ¼ deposit of the total cost of your holiday must be paid to secure your booking. The balance due must be received 1 month before arrival. If a receipt is required please remember to enclose a S.A.E.

You may occupy the bungalow from 2:00pm on the day of arrival until 10:00am on the day of departure. Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. Well behaved pets are welcome but please do not leave your pets in the bungalow unattended. Also in the interests of hygiene, pets must not be allowed on the beds or furnishings.

Electricity is by £1 coin meter. However, where applicable, the cost of the electric storage heater is included in the price of the holiday (out of season)

Please note: Pillows and duvets provided. Linen available to hire by arrangement.

No responsibility will be accepted by the property owner in respect of any loss damage or injury to persons hiring the bungalow, or their personal property.

Directions

Directions for Legrace Riviere Towans (St. Ives Bay).

Approaching Hayle you will come to a large roundabout, take the 4th exit off the roundabout towards Hayle town. Go straight through a pair of mini roundabouts. Carry on to a traffic light pedestrian crossing and turn right. Follow this road as it winds uphill past a church and pub, continue until you see on the left hand side of the road 'Riviere Towans Chalets'. You will see an office at the entrance on the right hand side where you can collect your key. The site manager will give you a site plan with the location of your chalet.
