Cottage is a detached building and sits in it's own private sunny
garden with a fish pond and outdoor seating with access to the shared
BBQ area. The accommodation, which is fully and thoughtfully equipped, has a compact and bright kitchen, a shower room with W/C and washbasin, a large sunny lounge diner with French windows opening onto the patio area. There is a fitted double bedroom and an additional pull out sofa bed in the lounge. Treesdale Cottage would be a perfect retreat for couples, but would also suit a couple with 1 or 2 young children as there is a lovely garden with a Wendy House. There is electric heating and all linen/Towels are provided. Fully equipped with TV/DVD player and a choice of films, hairdryer and all other electrical equipment that might be required during your holiday. |

| Treesdale
Lodge is a single storey annex to the main house with it's own private
access front door. It is a 2 bedroom cottage style property with a
small seating area at the front and extensive garden area to the side
of the property, with it's own fish pond, seating and access to the
shared BBQ and Wendy House. The fully equipped and tastefully decorated accommodation comprises of Lounge/diner, kitchen, shower room with W/C, washbasin and 2 double fully fitted bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds and wash hand basin. Treesdale Lodge would be suitable for 4 adults or a couple with 2 children. The property is heated by gas central heating and hot water from the main house the costs of which are included in the price. All linen/towels are provided. Fully equipped with TV/DVD player and a selection of films, hairdryer and all other electrical equipment that might be required during your holiday. |

| Location Treesdale is situated on the A30 southwest of Hayle and is ideally placed for easy access to St Ives (under 3 miles), Carbis Bay and Lelant with their wonderful beaches (within a mile or two), the Cathedral City of Truro is just over 20 miles away and Penzance with it's helicopter link and Scillonian ferry service to the Isles of Scilly is only 7 miles away. All of the delight of Cornwall such as the Minack Theatre, the Tate Gallery, Lamorna Cove, Mousehole and the world famous Eden Project are within easy driving distance. Treesdale Cottage and Treesdale Lodge have their own parking spaces and are on the main bus route with regular services to Truro St Ives and Penzance. They are also only a few yards from St Erth mainline railway station where all trains from the north, the midlands and London stop. St Erth station is also the terminus for the scenic coastal rail link to St Ives. We, Derrick and Wendy Maddern live on the premises, so although we will respect your privacy, we are here to offer any help or advice should you need it. We do operate a no smoking policy in the properties (apart from in the garden) and no pets are allowed. Booking *Short breaks are available during the off season months. *A £100 deposit is to be paid within three working days of booking with the balance due on arrival. *Rental periods are from Saturday to Saturday with arrival at the premises after 3 p.m. and departure by 10.00 a.m. Booking Conditions 1. Bookings made by telephone must be confirmed in writing together with the non refundable deposit cheque within 3 working days. 2. Keys to the premises will be available on arrival and should be returned to the owners on departure. 3. Should you have to cancel your holiday due to unforeseen circumstances we will endeavour to re-let the property but we reserve the right to make a full charge to you for the period that you have booked if we fail to re-let. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU TAKE INSURANCE TO COVER SUCH EVENTUALITY.
