a safe path through the garden. The rest of the County with it's
many treasures, can be reached within the hour.

by their own private grounds and gardens, we provide 6 well appointed
cottages, which are completely serviced every changeover by the
proprietors to ensure guests have accommodation which is welcoming
and comfortable!

cottage sleeping upto six people. Recently refurbished to provide
4 star rated accommodation - 3 bedrooms (1 with en-suite shower
room) Bathroom, Lounge, Dining Room, Kitchen, large porch with
extra seating area and a second TV/Video. Central heating. Parking
for two cars adjacent. South facing patio with seating.

property is comfortably furnished and extremely well equipped to
provide you with relaxing surroundings to sit back, relax and enjoy
your stay. Appliances are electric - Cooker/hob, Fridge/freezer,
Microwave, Freeview Colour TV/VCR/DVD, CD Units, Hairdryers, Dishwashers.
Cleanliness is paramount throughout. Bed linen is provided and towels
can be hired. Storage heating is provided and central heating is
provided in Morva & Lerryn Cottages. Patios, Gardens, and adequate
parking is adjacent to each property. Cots, highchairs, occasional
beds are available. There is also a laundry room and small play
