| Welcome to Surfside |
| Surfside (sleeps 4) is set in an idyllic
position, just 50 metres from glorious surf and sand. Tucked
in among the sand dunes, it has uninterrupted views of the entire
St Ives Bay, and is perfect as a base for surfing, swimming
and walking. |
| Surfside has 1 double and 1 twin bedded
room, a lounge/dining room, sun-room, fully fitted kitchen and
shower room. The main bedroom and lounge have stunning sea views,
and the sun-room and patio look out across the entire sweep
of the bay. Bedding is provided (duvets and pillows) but not
linen. Dogs are welcome, (max 2), at £20 extra per dog, but
please keep out of bedrooms and off furniture. |
| This is an area of outstanding beauty, seals
are regularly seen in the bay, and much of the land around is
owned by the National Trust. Many tourist attractions are close
by, including St Ives, St Michaels Mount, Lands End, the Lost
gardens of Heligan and the Eden project. |

| Approaching Hayle whilst travelling on the
A30 you will come to a large roundabout, take the 4th exit off
the roundabout towards Hayle Town, turn right at the mini-roundabouts
taking the Gwithian road. Proceed for about a mile. After passing
Atlantic Coast Parks, take the next turning left into Gwithian
Towans and follow the road to the end. Facing you will be the
"Jam Pot" cafe, bear left, and left again to bring you alongside
the chalet. |
