Bridge Cottage is set in the heart of the creekside village of Gweek, well known for its working boatyard and the National Seal Sanctuary. This stone fronted, Listed end of terrace cottage will give you a true taste of Cornish village life in the beautiful Helford Valley. The cottage has been lovingly restored, with tremendous attention to detail.

The well-equipped kitchen/diner has hand-built cupboards with wooden worktops, a Belfast sink and an ornamental Rayburn. The farmhouse dining-table is near the French windows leading into a fully enclosed, archetypal cottage garden, with a hand-built Wendy House and a stream. The sitting room has a welcoming wood burner and blue sofas whilst the beautiful bathroom is charming with a roll-top bath and old pine furniture. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed.

The beaches of the Lizard are a short drive away, there are some wonderful walks, public gardens, fishing and boat hire all on your doorstep.

Ground Floor:-

• Sitting Room with wood burning stove, TV, DVD and CD player, two sofas (one is a sofa bed).
• Kitchen/Diner with electric cooker, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
• Bathroom with bath, fitted shower, WC and wash basin.

First Floor:-

• Bedroom 1 with double bed.
• Bedroom 2 with twin beds.

Outside - Private off-road parking for one car or on lane in front of cottage. Fully enclosed Cottage Garden with hand-built Wendy House and stream. Garden furniture and barbecue.

Shop and pub 20 yards away.

Tariff inclusive of Electricity, Heating, Linen, Hand Towels (but not beach towels), first basket of Logs. Complimentary Cream Tea on arrival.

Changeover day is Friday arriving after 3.00 pm and vacating by 10.00 am on the day of departure.

A deposit of 20% on confirmation will be required with balance due six weeks before arrival.
