Gorran Haven is a delightful Cornish fishing village and is surrounded by National Trust land, ideal for cliff and country walks. There are also many alternative beaches and coves within a short distance of the village. The bakers and general stores, post office, fish and chips, and hairdresser are all a minutes walk from the cottage. The Llawnroc public house is approx. 250m walk at the top of the hill.

The larger fishing village of Mevagissey is approx. 3 miles away, with the world renowned Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan also being within 1/2 hours drive.

The accommodation comprises of:
First floor: Bedroom 1 (double bed + cot); Bedroom 2 (double bed);
Ground floor: Bedroom 3 (twin single divans), lounge, large dining area with adjoining kitchen, bathroom/toilet.

Duvets (but no covers) are provided. All other linen to be provided by tenants.

All of the bedrooms are carpeted and have ample cupboard and drawer space.

Comfortable, well furnished and carpeted lounge with 3-piece suite, coal effect electric fire, colour TV and video.

Spacious dining/kitchen area with easy-to-clean floor covering and large picture window enjoying superb views.

Well equipped kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator, automatic washing machine and all necessary crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.

Bathroom with wc and handbasin, also Mira electric shower unit over bath.

Hot water by immersion heater

Electricity is supplied by a £1 slot meter.
Night storage heaters are available for October 1st until April 30th.

There is no garden but a very small courtyard with space for a washing line.  

Whilst there are no car parking facilities at the cottage, you are able to load and unload (quickly!) and use the very large car park provided about 250m away where daily and weekly tickets can be purchased.
