Falmouth gives easy access to many beautiful parts of Cornwall - the Helford River ( 7 miles ), St. Ives ( 30 miles ), Eden Project ( 30 miles ), Lost Gardens of Heligan ( 30 miles ). The pretty city of Truro is 11 miles. My home is in a quiet cul-de-sac in centre of Falmouth within 10 minutes walk of Falmouth town centre and Maritime Museum. The towns 3 main beaches are within half mile. 3 double bedrooms including loft. Sleeps 6 in 3 double beds / futons. Kitchen / Diner with woodburner overlooking south facing courtyard and small garden for 'al fresco' eating . |

Cosy sitting room with natural gas woodburner effect fire TV / Video. Radio / Cassette / CD Player. Downstairs bathroom with bath and shower and hot towel rail. Homely not hi tech. No central heating but woodburner with logs and gas fire. Electric fire available. Parking. Please bring own bed linen and towels. Tea towels / dishclothes etc. provided as is basics e.g. washing up liquid, salt, pepper, herbs. Cost: £400 per week in July / August. Gas / Electricity included. 25% deposit required. Full payment one month prior to holiday. Saturday arrival / departure. Departures by 11am. Arrivals can occupy at 2pm. Please contact
