The front entrance leads to a spacious tiled hallway.
With its fine shuttered casement window, overlooking the veranda
and leafy garden, the south-facing sitting-room is furnished
in traditional style with original wooden floors, comfortable seating,
well-stocked library, a wide-screen TV with DVD and video player.
The sitting room leads directly to the dining room, with
a hand-made table large enough to seat 10 people.
The fitted kitchen has a wooden floor, granite work top
and large farmhouse style table. It is equipped with a fridge freezer,
dish washer, double electric oven and gas hob.
There is a separate larder and downstairs toilet
with original antique wash-basin. The back door leads into a very
private yard.
On the first floor: bedroom No 1 has a king-size double
bed and a bay window overlooking the garden with stunning sea views;
bedroom No 2 is a single room with the same aspect; bedroom
No 3 has a double bed and 2 bunk beds and overlooks the yard
at the rear of the property.
There is a wash-room with Belfast sink, washing mashing,
and tumble dryer. A toilet, shower room and separate bathroom
with wooden floor, period roll-top bath and basin.
On the second floor: bedroom No 4 has a double bed and a
dormer window with a panoramic bird’s eye view of the bay and the
harbour; bedroom No 5 has a single bed and a south-facing
velux window.
On street parking is available in Florence Terrace, and other nearby
streets in this quiet residential area. Well-behaved dogs are welcome.
