It has been used for many photo shoots for interior design magazines.
Situated in one of the most desirable terraces in the heart
of the popular holiday destination of Falmouth, providing exclusive
accommodation for up to eight people. It is available for self
catering holidays during July and August. |

beaches, town centre, famous for its sailing amenities and Maritime
Museum. 'Falmouth Week' in early August is when the town hosts
the yachting fraternity and Falmouth comes alive with concerts,
markets and parades. An interesting ferry ride takes you to
St Mawes and the Roseland Peninsular. It's a short car journey
to the Helford River and the Lizard; the city of Truro is 20

| The south-facing property is furnished in the most
exquisite fabrics from Zoffany, Mulberry and GPJ Baker, the style
is a mixture of Cornish sea style and French Val borne. Beautiful
contemporary oils mix with a relaxed family style. |
| The open eaved ceiling kitchen and dining room
has a shaker style kitchen with wooden worktops with tiles and fittings
from fired earth. The backdoor opens on to a small balcony with a
staircase leading to a lower courtyard with seating for 10 and cedar
fencing there is a small swing for children and storage for surfboards
and bikes and rear access to the road. |
| The snug styled living room is well stocked with
books and DVDs with a large wall-mounted Digital TV and open fireplace
with an inset gas fire. |
| Bedroom 1 is a wonderful twin room with white painted
furniture and two single sleigh beds, the large room also has a black
upright piano. Bedroom two is south facing double room with solid
oak furniture and nautical style furnishings; the bay window has panoramic
views of the harbour and bay. Bedroom 3 is a single room again with
oak furniture and panoramic views of the harbour and bay. |
| On the second floor: bedroom No 4 has a king-size
double bed and a dormer window with a panoramic bird's eye view of
the bay and the harbour with Digital TV DVD and an ensuite shower
room. There is an additional single trug bed if needed in this room.
The room is beautifully furnished with French upholstered chairs and
bed. |
| On street parking is available in Florence Terrace,
and other nearby streets in this quiet residential area. |
