This is a well-equipped property with fitted kitchen, gas hob & electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and gas central heating. The lounge seats 5 and the dining room seats 6. There is a TV/DVD in the lounge. Most of the property has painted or stripped wooden floorboards. |

A deposit of half of one week's rent is payable at the time of booking.
An additional charge of £25 per week is payable for each child sleeping on client-owned travel/inflatable beds.
Reasonable amounts of gas, electricity and water are included in the rental price.
We regret that smoking and pets are not allowed inside the property or within the grounds of the property.
Duvets and pillows are provided for each bed. Bed linen and towels are included.
There is no cot, high chair or foldaway bed provided.
