NANPLOUGH FARM COTTAGES clustered round a central courtyard, are part of the original farm. Exposed beams and rendered walls retain the character of each comfortable, tastefully decorated and well appointed property.

They're centrally heated (except Woodpeckers which has convector heating) and well insulated, with fitted kitchens, bathrooms, colour TVs, videos and radio CD players.

You'll find plenty of sun-traps around the outdoor heated pool (in season), patio and lawn, there's a children's play area and a games room with table-tennis and snooker.

Your beds will be made up and there'll be a welcoming tea tray when you arrive.

Sleeps 2. + 2 £250 - £525 per week

Eight granite steps lead to this 1st floor cottage. The open plan lounge /diner has the benefit of far reaching country side views with the high beamed ceilings adding to the feeling of spaciousness. There are two comfortable settees, nest of tables, TV, Video and CD/Radio player and an oak effect Dining table and chairs. The galley style kitchen is fully fitted with washing machine, microwave, electric cooker and hob, fridge, toaster and kettle.

Sleeps 4. + 1 £325 - £770 per week

The French doors lead into the large sunny lounge with a three-piece suite. There is a TV, Video and CD/Radio player, coffee table and also a nest of tables.

Three steps lead down to the large kitchen / diner equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle, with seating provided by an oak finish corner bench unit, chair and table. Door to courtyard. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom.

Bedroom one has wooden beams, velux roof light and two smaller windows, a 4ft 6in double bed, 3ft single bed, double wardrobe, built in cupboard, four draw chest and two bed side units with lamps, dressing table and stool.

Bedroom two is beamed and has 2x 3ft single beds, 2x four draw chests, dressing table, stool and bedside draw units. A wardrobe is provided on the landing.

Bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and wash basin with shaver light Central heating and electricity are included.

This is the largest cottage, accommodating up to 6 people. French doors lead from the courtyard into the spacious and comfortable lounge with three and two seater settees and an arm chair. There is a TV, Video and CD/Radio player, coffee table and also a nest of tables.

Four steps lead down to the large kitchen/diner equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle. Seating provided with an oak finish corner bench unit, chairs and table. Door to parking area. Upstairs there are three bedrooms with a bathroom.

Bedroom one has wooden beams, a 4ft 6in double bed, double wardrobe, four draw chest with mirror and two bed side units and lamps.

Bedroom two is part beamed and has 3x 3ft single beds, double wardrobe, four draw chest, dressing table, stool and a bedside draw unit.

Bedroom three has wooden beams a 3ft single bed and a four draw chest.

Large bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and wash basin with shaver light.

Central heating and electricity are included.

Woodpeckers Cottage

Sleeps 2 £230 - £470 per week

Detached cottage for two, overlooking the swimming pool and valley beyond. On entering Woodpeckers you go up three steps into the open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. It has Comfortable seating, electric cooker and hob, microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle, TV, Video, CD/Radio player and a pine dining table and bench.

(Washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the laundry room). The bedroom has a 4ft 6in double bed two bedside units with lamps, chest of drawers with mirror and a built in wardrobe, en-suite shower, toilet and wash hand basin. Oil filled electric radiator for heating and electricity are included.

All Cottages have:

Fitted kitchens - include electric cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. Bathrooms have baths with fitted shower (Woodpeckers has en-suite shower only).

Cots and highchairs - Available on request - for a small charge.

Bed linen - The beds will be made up ready for you. Linen is included in the price and we can provide towels at a small cost.

Electricity & heating - are included.

Laundry room - There's a fully-equipped laundry room with washing machine and tumble-dryer, and there's an outside clothesline.
