Tariff 2008
Prices inclusive of all fuel

Daily rate - 1/6 weekly rate Minimum 2 days.
Bed linen (sheet, duvet cover and pillowcases) and towels (1 bath and 1 hand)
available for hire @ £8.00 per person per week.
Please bring beach towels, as ours should not be removed from the cottages.

NO SMOKING IN COTTAGES. PETS NOT PERMITTED.

• A non-refundable deposit of £50 per week for cottages is required.
• Balance of payment due 28 days before arrival.
• Any person causing a nuisance to others will be asked to leave the park. No refund will be given.
• No refunds are made for early departure from the park.
• Parents must be responsible for the conduct of their children at all times.
• Cottages are available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
• Quiet on the park after 11pm and before 7am is requested for the benefit of all.
• Any damages must be paid for.
• No smoking is permitted in cottages or any buildings on the park.
• No pets are permitted in the cottages.
• The owners do not hold themselves liable for any injury, loss or damage to person or property

ANNET COTTAGE
Sleeps 5. Full gas-fired central heating. Sun lounge with cane furniture overlooking patio with barbecue and patio furniture. Porch for coats, wellies etc. Large garden with rotary drier.
Kitchen fully equipped with gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer. Kettle, toaster, coffee filter, iron and ironing board. Tumble drier.
Lounge Three piece suite, dining table and 4 chairs, colour TV and video. Radio/CD player, gas fire.
Bathroom bath with shower over, washbasin, WC.
Bedroom 1 on same floor as kitchen, lounge and bathroom. Double bed, double wardrobe, 2 bedside tables with drawers, bedside lamps, radio/alarm, hairdryer, chair.
Bedroom 2 (downstairs) Three 3’ beds, built-in wardrobes, bedside tables wit drawers, chair. Duvets and pillows are provided.
Bed linen and towels are available at £8 per person.
Cot and high chair available at £10 each.

BRYHER COTTAGE
Sleeps 5. Full oil-fired central heating. Large terraced garden and patio with purpose-built barbecue and patio furniture. Rotary drier.
Kitchen Fully equipped with oil-fired Rayburn, electric cooker, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and coffee filter. Breakfast table and two chairs.
Utility Room Sink, washing machine, tumble drier, fridge freezer. Iron and ironing board.
Lounge Beamed ceiling, multi-fuel stove, colour TV, video, radio/CD player, dining table with 4 chairs, 2 two-seater settees and armchair. Porch for coats, wellies etc.
Bathroom (Downstairs) Bath with shower over, washbasin, WC.
Bedroom 1 Two 3' beds, one 2'6" bed, built-in wardrobe, vanity unit with washbasin and drawers. Bedside table with drawers, bedside lamp and chair. Hair drier.
Bedroom 2 Double bed (4'6"), bedside table with drawers, bedside lamps, alarm clock/radio and hair drier. 
Duvets and pillows are provided. Bed linen and towels are available at a cost of £8.00 per person.
Cot and high chair available at £10 each.

TEAN COTTAGE
Sleeps 4. Full gas-fired cenreal heating. Double-glazed conservatory with cane furniture overlooking small, enclosed, paved patio with barbecue and patio furniture. Small grassed area with rotary drier. Kitchen is fully equipped with built-in double oven/grill and separate electric hob, dishwasher, washing machine, breakfast table and 2 chairs. Kettle, toaster, coffee filter, microwave oven, fridge-freezer. Iron and ironing board.
Lounge Beamed ceiling. 2 two-seater settees, dining table and 4 chairs, open fire. Colour TV and video, radio/CD player. Door to conservatory.
Shower Room (upstairs) Toilet, washbasin and shower cubicle.
Bedroom 1 Double bed (4'6"), bedside table, chest of drawers, table lamps, fitted wardrobe, Hair drier.
Bedroom 2 Two 3' beds, bedside table with drawers, table lamp, chair, wardrobe with drawer.
Duvets and pillows are provided. Bed linen and towels are available at £8.00 per person.
Cot and highchair available at £10 each.
