Local Map Directions to Croft Farm Cottages From A390 (Liskeard-St Austell) Turn right just past level crossing in St Blazey (sp Luxulyan). Continue to T junction and turn right (SP Luxulyan). Continue to next T junction and turn right (SP Luxulyan). The entrance to Croft Farm is on the left about 1 1/2 mile on. At the end of the A30 Dual-carriageway by-passing Bodmin take the first left at the large roundabout signposted St Austell (A391). Continue on into Lockengate taking the left fork signposted Luxulyan. At the T junction turn right signposted Luxulyan 1 mile. Continue through Luxulyan bearing right at a fairly sharp bend and over the stone railway bridge for another mile. The entrance to Croft Farm is on your right.

Depending on traffic, it may be advisable to follow this route: From A30 Bodmin turn left at large roundabout (Innis Downs) onto A391 (SP St Austell). Continue on this road for approx. 7 miles. At double roundabout follow sign for Luxulyan/Eden Project. Continue to T junction and turn left at signpost for Luxulyan. Entrance to Croft Farm is approx. 1 mile on the right. Important - please do not take any other signs to Luxulyan or Luxulyan Valley.
