The quality kitchen units would look good in any home and it comes well equipped with fridge with Ice compartment, electric oven and hob and microwave. Bedrooms are provided with mainly Pine beds and there is plenty of storage. There is no need to bring bedding as all linen is supplied with change of linen available if the holiday is more than a week. A spacious lounge where you can relax and make yourself at home. Comfortable furniture, Colour TV and CD Player( Bring your own Cd’s) combine to give you modern fittings in a country cottage. We welcome our guests to share the countryside and enjoy the tranquillity and peace of our recently planted woodland and ponds bordering the farm. We are sensitive to the future of the environment by maintaining and encouraging a natural habitat for our wildlife.


The Granary is situated at the end of the terrace of cottages next to our farmhouse. Accommodation is on one floor and consists of 1 spacious double bedroom. It has a very large lounge/kitchen/dining room which is well appointed with modern furniture and appliances, (fridge, oven, hob, microwave, colour TV and Hi f) bring your own CD's. If there are more than two in your party it is possible to have a single or double folding bed in this room bringing the maximum occupancy up to four.


The Parlour was originally a barn which was sympathetically renovated in 2001. Accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms with one double, the other having three singles. It has a large lounge/kitchen/dining room which is well appointed with modern furniture and appliances, including fridge, oven, hob, microwave, colour TV and Hi fi (bring your own CD’s). Up to 7 can be accommodated by having a single or double folding bed in this room.


The Stables is between Parlour and Granary cottages and was renovated in 2001. Accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms with one double and the other having two singles It has a slightly smaller lounge/kitchen/dining room than the Parlour which is well appointed with modern furniture and appliances, as the other cottages. This sleeps 4, it is possible to have a single or double folding bed in bedroom two or in bedroom one, which is very large bringing the maximum occupancy up to 6.


The Willows is a brand new cottage situated between the Beeches and the Oaks. Accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms with one double and one twin. It has a spacious lounge/kitchen/dining room which is well appointed with modern furniture and appliances. There is no washing machine in the cottage itself but a laundry room is available. This cottage sleeps 4 but it is possible to accommodate 2 more on the sofa bed in the lounge, bringing the maximum up to 6.


The Oaks is a brand new cottage situated next to the Willows. Accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms with one double and one twin. It has a spacious lounge/kitchen/dining room which is well appointed with modern furniture and appliances. There is no washing machine in the cottage itself but a laundry room is available. This cottage sleeps 4 but it is possible to accommodate 2 more on the sofa bed in the lounge, bringing the maximum up to 6.


The Beeches is a brand new cottage situated next to our own farmhouse. Accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms with one double and two twins. It has a spacious lounge/kitchen/dining room which is well appointed with modern furniture and appliances. There is no washing machine in the cottage itself but a laundry room is available. This cottage sleeps 6 but it is possible to accommodate 2 more on the sofa bed in the lounge, bringing the maximum up to 8.
