The most recently converted of the the Carclaze cottages, Curlews offers spectacular views over the countryside to St Breoke Downs and St Minver and benefits from its own private walled garden.

Previously the grain store and milking parlour, Swallows Nest offers an open plan living space on the first floor, maximising farmland views on either side.
