| This superb detached coastal residence
is set in it’s own mature sub tropical gardens, with granite
steps leading directly from the garden onto the coastal
path. In either direction is a ten minute walk to the
beautiful white sandy beaches of Carbis Bay or Porthminster.

in four bedrooms, master bedroom with king size bed (has
glorious sea views), twin bedded and double rooms (also
with sea views) and a bunk room. |
| The living room is a stunning triple
aspect room, panoramic sea views and glimpses of Carbis
Bay beach, with light oak parquet floor, contemporary
furnishings, baby grand piano and flat screen TV, DVD
player etc. |

| Definitely the hub of this house,
the kitchen is large with a slate floor, very contemporary
design with ‘island’ and stainless steel gas range cooker,
Smeg fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, drier.
The dining area looks out onto the leafy, sheltered rear
garden, a paradise for birds, squirrels and badgers (if
you’re lucky!). |

and has patio doors leading to the balcony with ‘breakfast
table’ to take in the views across the Bay to Godrevy
Lighthouse. |

| The main bathroom is luxuriously fitted
with underfloor heating and ‘wet room’ style shower. In
addition there is also a separate toilet and a second
