is set in its own mature sub tropical gardens, with granite
steps leading directly from the garden onto the coastal
path. In either direction is a ten minute walk to the
beautiful white sandy beaches of Carbis Bay or Porthminster.

glorious sea views), twin bedded and double rooms (also
with sea views) and a bunk room. |

aspect room, panoramic sea views and glimpses of Carbis
Bay beach, with light oak parquet floor, contemporary
furnishings, baby grand piano and flat screen TV, DVD
player etc. |

| Definitely the hub of this house,
the kitchen is large with a slate floor, very contemporary
design with island and stainless steel gas range cooker,

The dining area looks out onto the leafy, sheltered rear
garden, a paradise for birds, squirrels and badgers (if
you're lucky!). |

and has patio doors leading to the balcony with breakfast
table to take in the views across the Bay to Godrevy Lighthouse. |
