This is a very special seaside home located on a quiet footpath, just 5 minutes walk from the beautiful sandy beach of Carbis Bay enjoying spectacular sea views!
A scenic 20 minute walk along the coast path takes you into the hustle and bustle of St Ives, with its many shops, restaurants and galleries and charming, narrow, cobbled streets.

The Accommodation
- Patio doors open from the dining area to a large sunny, south facing balcony, perfect for breakfasting whilst listening to the surf and enjoying the view of the ocean. The gardens have plenty of space to play, with lawns, apple trees and a large terrace with table and chairs.
- The light and spacious sitting room (6m x 7m) has floor to ceiling windows along one side with spectacular far reaching sea views and is ideal for relaxing whatever the weather with two large sofas, 40” flat screen TV, DVD player and HiFi.
- Family Suite - comprising double bed + single child’s bed + ensuite shower room. TV and DVD player. Patio doors to garden.
- Main bedroom - Kingsize bed with ensuite bath and shower room, TV - sea view.
- Twin bedroom - (can accommodate 3 children together if preferred) - sea view.
- Blue room - can accomodate an additional person (or couple) on a comfortable sofa bed, door to garden - sea view.
- Family bathroom with bath and shower over.
- Large kitchen, dining room with superb sea views; oak table and leather padded oak chairs. Well equipped with large fridge freezer, dishwasher, double range electric oven and 5 burner gas hob.

- Wood decked, glass fronted balcony with table, chairs and parasol.
- Further garden terrace with table and chairs.
- Gas BBQ.
- Driveway parking for 2-3 cars and further parking on the lane if required.
- All bed linen included, options of feather pillows and duvets or hypoallergenic.
- Broadband internet access and WiFi throughout.
- Separate utility room with washing machine and plenty space for drying.
- Only available in July / August - Sunday to Sunday to avoid traffic. £1,800 per week
- No pets and no smoking please.
