built in the 1850’s as two miners terraced cottages of
traditional local granite, now offering a three bedroomed
home with all modern facilities while retaining many original
features. |

| The accommodation, all newly decorated
and furnished, with double glazing, full central heating
and constant hot water, also has a fire in the lounge
for colder evenings. |
| 3 Bedrooms, 2 with double beds and
the 3rd with full size bunk beds. All have feature window
seats created from the deep granite wall recesses. |
| A spacious upstairs bathroom with shower
over bath. |
| A large lounge with granite fireplace,
flat screen television and DVD, ample seating with large
corner unit and two leather chairs. |
| A modern fitted kitchen/diner with
the original inglenook fireplace, now housing an electric
cooker. It also has a washing machine, dishwasher, large
fridge/freezer, toaster & microwave; a dining table and
six chairs. |
| A small conservatory leads to a communal
garden shared by 4 other cottages which you are welcome
to make use of. There is also a rear entrance and a large
lockable outhouse for storage of bikes, surf boards or
other equipment. |

| St Just, England’s most westerly town,
stands in an area of outstanding natural beauty just 10
miles from Land’s End. Traditionally a mining town but
now has shops, cafes, pubs & restaurants around it’s lively
market Square, as well as Art Galleries and such like. |

|
| Just one mile to Cape Cornwall and
you can join the coastal path of this rugged part of Cornwall,
or explore the local tin mines and coves. Sennen Cove
and Whitesand Bay, famous for surfing are a short drive
away, or visit picturesque St.Ives and the Tate Gallery,
Penzance, Helston and The Lizard. Truro is a little further
afield, but a historic town well worth a visit. Porthcurno
and the famous Minack Theatre, the open-air amphitheatre
set on the cliff side is only 15 minutes away. Even visit
the Scilly Isles by boat or helicopter from Penzance!

level walking distance of St.Just Market Square, there
is street parking outside the cottage and also a large
free car park just a couple of minutes away. |

heating is included, also a Welcome Pack for your arrival.

| Weekly Bookings Friday to Friday, short
breaks available outside main holiday periods. |
