prepared for you on arrival. Traditionally furnished and full of country

| Our 4 Stars self-contained accommodation
is very well equipped. There is a private entrance to the accommodation
from the courtyard. |
| Inside to the right is the utility
room and across the entrance hall is an oak-fitted kitchen, with terra
cotta floor tiles, where you will find all the equipment and facilities
you should need during your stay. There is also a serving hatch into
the lounge diner. |

| The lounge diner has ample seating
for 4 people, a wide screen digital TV with Freeview, CD & DVD player,
and a sideboard filled with books, maps, magazines and board games.
Full Internet access in all rooms. From the window seat there is an
excellent view of the acre lawn which is surrounded by a beech hedge,
providing a safe play area for your children. This is also an attractive
setting in which to eat. Garden furniture, a gas barbecue and a croquet
set are provided. |
| At the top of the staircase there
are two bedrooms, both with lovely views, one en-suite, front of house
which looks out over the meadows and lake, and the other with a view
of the garden and fields beyond, both have double beds. All rooms
are calm and restful. |
| The bathroom is fitted with a modern
Victorian style bath suite and also contains a shower and shaver point. |
| Outside in the courtyard there is
a storage area for fishing rods, bikes and surfboards etc and an outside
utility room with hot and cold water. |

| PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately we cannot
accommodate pets on the farm. There is also an indoor non smoking
policy thorough out the house. |

4pm onwards although luggage can be dropped off by prior arrangement.
